Abstract
The TW – EXPRESS DELIVERY SYSTEM is a system designed to improve the profitability and efficiency of distribution for liquid gases (oxygen, nitrogen and argon) in small volumes delivered to Liquid Cylinders and small bulk tanks. Most operations are automated improving productivity and increasing the life of the components. The reliable and yet simple design provides a system that is easily maintained. Filling a cold 250-liter Express Fill Cylinder can be accomplished in three minutes with no venting. By filling Liquid Cylinders on site, cylinder investment and handling damage is reduced at the same time that the safety increases.
